Armand Basi Armand Basi fragrances and colognes is a Spanish fashion house, founded by Mercedes Basi who opened his first store in Barcelona, Spain. Designer Armand Basi launched his first line in 1999 and his latest line from 2013. The fragrances were created in collaboration with perfumers Olivier Cresp, Jean-Pierre Bethoart, Fabrice Pellegrin, Sylvie Fisher, Alberto Morillas, Francis Kurkdjian, Françoise Caron, Alienor Massenet and Nathalie Lorson.
