4. Bokhdar Perfumes may charge some users fees depending on the offers, products or services they request or the fees or taxes imposed by the state on the nature of the product or service.
5. Bokhdar Perfumes reserves the right to add, increase, reduce or deduct any fees or expenses under the articles, terms and provisions of the User Agreement, for any user, regardless of the reason for their registration.

2. The user or consumer respects the intellectual property rights of Bokhdar Perfumes, which include Bokhdar Perfumes itself, and the words, logos and other symbols of Bokhdar Perfumes or displayed on Bokhdar Perfumes, as Bokhdar Perfumes, and every right that follows Bokhdar Perfumes are rights owned entirely by Bokhdar Perfumes.

Article Fourteen - Replacement Policy:

3. The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:
If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that have a defect or that do not comply with the specifications specified by the consumer.
· If the product is video tapes, discs, CDs or software that has been used.
· If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or anything else considered to be works.
If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer’s poor possession.
· If the contract covers the provision of accommodation, transportation or catering services.
· If the contract deals with the purchase of software download products over the Internet.
Article Fifteen - Return Policy:
1. Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract and return the product provided to him by Bokhdar Perfumes within three days following the date of receipt of the product, and he is not entitled to that product after three days have passed.
2. In order to return the product, it must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. Bokhdar Perfumes has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.
3. The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:
If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that have a defect or that do not comply with the specifications specified by the consumer.
· If the product is video tapes, discs, CDs or software that has been used.
· If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or anything else considered to be works.
If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer’s poor possession.
· If the contract covers the provision of accommodation, transportation or catering services.
· If the contract deals with the purchase of software download products over the Internet.
4. If the provisions of the aforementioned return policy are met, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract and return the product to Bokhdar Perfumes with a refund of the amount paid.
Article Sixteen - Applicable law or regulation:
This User Agreement is governed by and formulated in accordance with the laws, regulations and legislation in force and in effect in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is fully and completely subject to the regulations in force with the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article Seventeen - General Provisions:
In the event that any provision or clause contained in this User Agreement is cancelled or that any provision or clause contained in this User Agreement is no longer valid, such matter does not cancel the validity of the remaining provisions, clauses and terms contained in the User Agreement and they remain valid until further notice from the management of Bokhdar Perfumes.
This User Agreement - which may be amended from time to time as appropriate - constitutes the User Agreement, working mechanism, understanding, agreement and contract between Bokhdar Perfumes and the user. Both parties to this agreement agree to take into consideration the following:
1. The Arabic language is the language used when interpreting the provisions of this Agreement, or when translating it into another language.
2. All prices displayed for Bokhdar Perfumes services or products may be modified from time to time.
3. The promotional or marketing offers that Bokhdar Perfumes may put forward are temporary offers, as Bokhdar Perfumes has the right to modify or stop these promotional or marketing offers at any time.
4. The parties to this agreement are committed to dealing with each other in a manner that does not violate the Sharia rules, regulations and laws in force related to the nature of the dealings between Bokhdar Perfumes and the user.
5. This User Agreement shall not be terminated except by a decision issued by the management of Bokhdar Perfumes.
